Cancellation Policy

The following refund policy applies to homestay accommodation that is cancelled.

Timing	Refund
Less than 7 days	No refund
1-7 days prior to arrival	50% accommodation fees refunded
8-14 days prior to arrival	75% accommodation fees refunded
31 days +	100% accommodation fees refunded
Placement fees	No refund, fees payable at time of application
Airport "meet and greet" service	No refund, fees payable at time of application

All payments must be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
We highly recommend every student obtain insurance against any cancellations, medical expenses or loss of baggage. Homestay Worldwide will not accept any responsibility in these areas nor will Homestay Worldwide be liable for any loss or damage to themselves or any person or property arising either in transit or during the period of accommodation for any reason whatsoever.
Students must give 2 weeks notice to their host family if they decide to leave, or pay 2 weeks homestay fees to their host family.
